All the Wrong Places

November 15, 2017. CST

How often is the library your soul-resting place where it’s only you and your book venturing through a whole new world completely controlled by you? How is it your bed room when there are others snoring beside you? Walls rise up higher than everyday and they run along every little space found however optimized they may be. Ornaments, are hung on buildings, women’s body and let’s speak for real, where money has found no place to settle. And every so often, less is more.

(All the metaphors are intended by the way).

I think it’s real that two person can share one soul even over simple things like a book, a piece of cake or a common taste for movies. But can they be in love? May be. Soulmates are people who have found a similar version of themselves and approved its existence- it’s like looking in the mirror with the right outfit and liking how you look. Self-love. The most important thing for survival these days, because nobody will love you more than yourself and its other term is called Narcissism. It’s good to be narcissistic, once in a while at least (Taking a selfie and liking it yourself counts).

Also, I think there’s a very thin line between Self-love and Ego. What you have is called self-love and what others have is called ego. As simple as that. But this is not entirely true and it wouldn’t always be alright to say it out loud. It’s something you know but don’t say. Although, wise men would know the difference and in their book of positivity, Ego and Self-love could be two different chapters but if you really feel it in real life, it’s almost impossible to distinguish. Almost as impossible as staying 100% positive in life.

Negative Energy is like the end of a pit, because only after how bad you feel about life, you start appreciating it. Nature agrees with this- In an atom, Electrons (negatively charged) produce blobs of light energy called photons when they heat up and what better reward can replace light. Therefore it’s okay to be pessimistic sometimes.

Even if you hate yourself sometimes, don’t hate animals. But if it is also hard to do so, at least don’t harm them. As much as you think you’re helping them, you’re harming them by feeding monkeys on road. Yes, I recently learned that feeding wild animals is illegal and it all makes sense. Feeding them on roads makes more wild animals to move away from their homes and thus the eco-system is being disturbed. Accidents are prone to happen when the wild animals crowd around the roads. Not to mention, the various diseases we could be sharing.

How would you like if you come to know that we’re living in a virtual universe and the real one existed millions of years ago? Wouldn’t it be a relief to know that everything is happening as an image of something that has happened in the past and therefore has no implications on what you do wrongly? But of course, this exceeds the height of lunacy to which science is perhaps lacking few other dimensions.

All being said, and as crazy as it may sound, it is very important to be kind. Kindness is something that can put an end to all your struggles, confusions, hatred and lunacy.
